The story

The Petra Sea Resort is an upscale seafront mixed-use development located on the Black Sea coast near Batumi, the vibrant capital of the Adjara region.

The resort is surrounded by an oasis of palm trees and lavish landscaping, and offers breathtaking views of the Black Sea coast.

The Petra Sea Resort is a development spread over 20 hectares with residential, commercial and other developed areas amounting to 350,000 square meters. The project includes branded hotels, branded and unbranded residences, a private beach, vast recreational infrastructure and other facilities.

To be built in phases, construction began in 2023.
