The story
The masterplan features the first Swissôtel mountain resort in Gudauri, alongside branded residences and exclusive villas. Every detail is curated for a high-end lifestyle, offering world-class amenities including:
State-of-the-art wellness centers and pools;
Vibrant après-ski zones and gourmet dining;
Premium ski-in/ski-out facilities.
The residential offerings range from modern studios to expansive multi-room apartments, all featuring integrated infrastructure and contemporary design. Construction is slated for completion in late 2028.
