Located 130 km from Tbilisi, the resort land area exceeds 10 hectares, offering panoramic views of the Borjomi-Kharagauli National Park.

The project features a 19th-century geothermal spring, a 10-story upscale branded hotel, up to 20 luxury residential buildings and villas, a spa, outdoor recreational areas, fine dining restaurants, a sky bar, and a grand concert hall for 600 guests.
