The story

The “Sheikhland” project is a highly exclusive gated community only a 10-minute drive from the Tbilisi city center. Located on the top of a hill with extensive views located in Tabakhmela, 70% of the land area is dedicated to landscaping, allowing an exceptionally attractive living experience.
